Questions weoften hear.
Short answers. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
What is a digital twin?
A working 3D copy of your machine or line, built from your CAD. It moves, runs its cycle and answers its control screen like the real one, so people can see it and operate it on a screen or in VR.
Which CAD formats do you accept?
STEP and IGES work best, and native files from most CAD packages are fine. No CAD? Photos, drawings and measurements are enough to start.
Do visitors need a VR headset?
No. The same build runs on a laptop or stand screen with a keyboard and mouse or a game controller. The headset is for full immersion.
Who do you work with?
Machine builders and OEMs, robot and palletising integrators, food and drink producers planning new lines, and anyone exhibiting large machinery at trade shows.
We don’t have CAD. Can you still build it?
Yes. Photos, drawings and measurements are enough to start. We model the rest.
Our machine is confidential.
We can show the outside and the process only, and keep the inside detail private.
We only need it for one show.
The same model becomes your film, website content and training tool, so it keeps working long after the show.
Isn’t this expensive?
Compare it with shipping, installing and running the real machine at every show, every year. You pay for the model once. Try the savings calculator on the homepage with your own numbers.
What happens in a demo?
A video call. We open the PW-600 live, then look at your machine with you and talk through what we could build.
What do we need at the stand?
A VR headset, a laptop or stand screen, and a game controller if you like. No shipping, no install, and no power or water for the machine.
Still wondering?
Ask us anything about your machine. We reply within one working day.
